From reconstructing school roofs in Sainik Takli Village to conducting disaster relief efforts in Kerala, Kolhapur, and Konkan, Kreative Change has remained committed to serving communities in need. We have lit the lamp of education in Leh-Ladakh through book donation drives, stood by the underprivileged through food distribution drives in slums and rural areas, and provided COVID relief to government hospitals in Pune.Our tree plantations on Baner Hill reflect our commitment to the environment, while our *eco-friendly awareness exhibitions inspire a conscious, sustainable future. We have embraced our elders through our work at old age homes like Madhur Bhav and Mother Teresa Home, ensuring that no one is left behind.Further, we are deeply connected with the Paraplegic Rehabilitation Centre (PRC) at Khadki, Pune, where we engage with our brave ex-servicemen—coaching them in public speaking, leadership, and social reintegration. Our work with the armed forces is not just about support but about fostering a lasting bridge between the civilian and defense communities.

Leh-Kargil Teacher Training Program – Bringing the Future to PuneOne of our latest and most ambitious initiatives is the Leh-Kargil Teacher Training Program. Recognizing the critical role educators play in shaping young minds, Kreative Change has launched a dedicated training initiative for teachers from Army Goodwill Schools in Leh and Kargil.eat.After conducting online training sessions, we realized the need for a more immersive experience. To bridge the gap, we are now bringing teachers from Leh and Kargil to Pune, where they will undergo an intensive teacher training program designed to enhance their teaching methodologies, leadership skills, and holistic development approaches. This initiative is a step towards *ensuring quality education reaches even the most remote parts of India.

Through interactive workshops, classroom observation, hands-on learning modules, and mentorship from experienced educators, we aim to empower these teachers with the tools they need to inspire the next generation of leaders.
